Service Availability and Uptime

While we strive to maintain high uptime and reliability for our validator services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Blockchain network conditions, maintenance, and factors beyond our control may affect service availability.

For specific projects, we may offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with defined uptime commitments, which will be provided separately from these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

MictoNode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We are not responsible for any loss of funds or assets due to blockchain network issues, protocol bugs, or other factors outside our direct control.

Staking Risks

If you delegate or stake assets with our validator nodes, you acknowledge that staking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slashing risks due to validator downtime or double-signing
• Unbonding/unstaking periods during which assets may be locked
• Fluctuations in token values and rewards
• Changes to network protocols and governance

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MictoNode and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
